  • Bald Head Island is accessible only by boat or ferry. The island is a golf cart only environment. Vehicles are not allowed on the island. A golf cart is provided at the home for guest use.
  • Ferry tickets and parking fees are not included. Reservations for ferry and parking are needed in advance. Please check the BHI Ferry website for current pricing and reservation information.

Property Access

  • Location: 13 Green Teal Trail, Bald Head Island, NC 28461; walking distance to the marina.
  • Private walkway to the beach.
  • One 6-person golf cart is provided for your stay.
  • Ground floor: Garage with golf cart, beach chairs, grill, outdoor shower, storage.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking or vaping allowed at this property.
  • Minimum age for primary tenant: 25 years. The primary tenant must occupy the property during the tenancy.
  • Children are allowed.
  • Maximum occupancy: 6 occupants. All children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless under the age of two (2) and sleeping in a crib.
  • Pets: Non-refundable pet fee of $250 for one dog; $350 for two dogs. (Maximum number of pets allowed: 99, per the property data.)
  • No events or parties. The management reserves the right to evict tenants and guests without refund if events or parties are held at the property.
  • If it is determined that a party occurred during your stay, a $500 charge will apply, no exceptions.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Manager and owner are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Please review the cancellation policy. Insurance is recommended.
